The 2013 Honor Awards Juror Panel
Anne-Marie Gianoudis is a Senior Interior Designer and Associate at Gresham Smith and
Partners in Birmingham, Alabama. Her areas of expertise include project programming, space
planning, interior design and furniture and finish selection. She serves on of the Board of
Trustees as the Chair of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Foundation and
as a Vice President of the IIDA International Board of Directors. Anne-Marie is also a past president
of the Alabama Chapter of IIDA, which was named as the IIDA Small Chapter of the Year in 2008
under her leadership.
Dan Menchions is co-founder of II By IV Design, an internationally recognized design firm base in
Toronto, Cananda. Dan is an international award-winning interior designer with a unique combination
of organizational and creative skills, a sound business sense and understanding of the market needs
the profession can meet. Dan is also a leader among his peers, as a past member of the Board of
Governors for the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO), a member of the
Advisory Board of Food Service and Hospitality magazine, and nominee for The Premier’s Award for
Graduates of Ontario's Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology, which honour the important social
and economic contribution college graduates make to Canada.
Keith Rushbrook is co-founder of II By IV Design, an internationally recognized design firm base in
Toronto, Cananda. Keith’s work has received many awards internationally as well as in Canada, for
innovative designs for residences, stores, restaurants, night clubs, exhibits, showrooms, offices, furniture
and furnishings. Design and Display Ideas profiled him as an international Design Influencer and the
magazine has already named II BY IV Design Associates as one of the top 100 design firms worldwide.
Before co-founding II BY IV Design Associates, Keith’s career focused on the design of hospitality interiors
and promotional exhibits around the world.
Italian Architect Giorgio Borruso is founder of the award-winning multi-disciplinary design firm, GIORGIO
BORRUSO DESIGN, known for creating innovative works ranging from architecture to interiors and industrial
design. The work of Giorgio Borruso Design has been seen throughout the world in over a thousand publications,
receiving over one hundred fifty international awards in architecture and design. Several projects have become
part of the collections of the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and the Red Dot Museums
in Germany & Singapore. Giorgio Borruso is on the advisory boards of DDI magazine and A.R.E., and has sat on
the jury for design awards such as Architectural Record, India’s VM&RD, Contract magazine Interiors and IIDA
Global Excellence. He is currently a frequent guest lecturer at universities and conferences globally.
Rand Elliott, FAIA, President of Elliott + Associates Architects, has served as principal of his architectural/interior/
know as aforerunner of innovative architectural design having received 275 international, national, regional and
local awards including ten National AIA Honor Awards. His work has been featured in more than 70 books and
300 periodicals published in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Japan, Italy, France, Australia,
Hong Kong, China, Turkey, The Netherlands, Portugal and Russia. Proudly, Elliott + Associates Architects is the only
architectural firm in the history of the State of Oklahoma to win a National AIA Honor Award; and to date, the firm has received ten
National AIA Honor Awards.
